5.3 quake hits Bermagnitud Cilacap
KOMPAS.com - 5.3 quake rocked the region bermagnitud Cilacap, Central Java, on Sunday (29/05/2011) at around 3:28 pm. That no potential tsunami earthquake was also located at 121 kilometers southwest of Cilacap, Central Java, 161 kilometers southwest of Purwokerto, Central Java, 161 kilometers southeast of Ciamis-Jabar, 164 kilometers southeast of Tasikmalaya, West Java, and 350 kilometers southeast of Jakarta.
Earlier, an earthquake rocked the region Melonguena bermagnitud 6, North Sulawesi, on Sunday at around 3:17 pm, with a depth of 43 kilometers. On the same day, an earthquake rocked bermagnitud 6.3 Lampung and surrounding areas on Sunday at around 0:07 pm.
Epicenter located at 6.01 south latitude coordinates (LS) and 103.24 east longitude (BT) with a depth of about 10 kilometers. That no potential tsunami earthquake was also located in 119 kilometers southwest of Krui-Lampung, 136 kilometers southwest of Bintuhan-Bengkulu, 141 kilometers southwest of Liwa, Lampung, and 339 kilometers northwest of Jakarta, so in one day was three times the earthquake that shook three different areas.
